The hierarchical cluster analysis is based on the following parameters :
  • ADG: Absorption Coefficient of colored detrital matter at 443nm (m^-1)
  • BBP: particulate backscatter coefficient at 443nm (m^-1)
  • CHLA : Sea surface Chlorophyll-a concentration (mg.m^-3 (log10))
  • KD: Diffuse attenuation coefficient at 490nm (m^-1)
  • OXY: Mole concentration of dissolved molecular oxygen in sea water (mmol m-3)
  • SAL: Sea water salinity (1e-3)
  • SST: Sea Surface temperature (°C)
